Wholesale Orders:

  • Wholesale customers must register an account and provide business verification (if required).
  • Pricing for wholesale orders is based on MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and bulk purchase discounts.
  • Payment terms: Full payment upfront or negotiable for bulk buyers .
  • Foreign buyers must complete payments via bank transfer.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery

Retail Orders:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via reliable courier services.
  • Delivery time varies by location and shipping method. Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days.
  • Delivery charges must be paid upon receiving the products.

Wholesale Orders:

  • Processing time depends on order size and customization .
  • Bulk orders are shipped via freight, express, or standard shipping, depending on volume and destination.
  • Wholesale customers can either arrange their own shipping or use our partnered shipping services.
  • If using our shipping services, wholesale customers are responsible for the shipping cost, which depends on order quantity, volume, and weight.

 

3. Returns & Exchange Policy

Retail Orders:

  • We accept returns within 1 day of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Wholesale Orders:

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Claims must be reported within 1 day of delivery with supporting images.

4. Custom & Bulk Orders

  • We offer custom branding, private labeling, and bulk orders for wholesale clients.
  • Custom orders require a deposit, and a production timeline will be provided.
